Refund policy

We will accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and amend the issue for you immediately.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at saltyairswimwear@gmail.com within 10 calendar days of receiving the item and include your original order form or number. You can reply to your order confirmation to easily start the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  All sale items will be final sale with an exception of one size exchange for the exact item if in stock.

Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for purchases of, or orders placed with, gift cards.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received your email alerting us to the issues with your item(s) and notify you when the exchange has been processed. You’ll be shipped a replacement(s) for the item(s) if the exact item(s) are currently in stock with your request change(s). If the exact item(s) is no longer in stock, you can opt for another item of same or lesser value, or opt for store credit (excluding sale items).  We will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange only. Any other exchanges after the first one will be at the customer's expense to cover shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days, as it can take some time for us to process your exchange and return shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email alerting us to the issue with your item(s), while we strive to rectify issues with replacement suits, we understand sometimes refunds are necessary. We will arrange return shipment labels with you. The item(s) must be received in brand new condition with tag(s) still attached. If you opt for a refund, your original order amount will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a $10.00 USD restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days, as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund even after it has been refunded from Shopify's end.
